Airtel Africa Wants 80-100 Pence For IPO On London Stock Exchange

Airtel Africa wants 80-100 pence for IPO on London Stock Exchange. Airtel Africa in a regulatory filing at the LSE said that it anticipates that the IPO should raise GBP 595 million from the issuance of about 595.2 million to 744 million new offers.

The organization additionally said that it expects to embrace a posting of its offers on the Nigerian Stock Exchange simultaneously with the IPO on LSE, subject to endorsements from the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Last pricing is required to be reported around June 28, with restrictive dealings in the offers expected to initiate on the London Stock Exchange at 8am that day. Confirmation of the organization’s offers is required to happen and unlimited dealings in the offers on the LSE are relied upon to initiate close by July 3, it said.

The company said in a statement that, “The price range for the offer has been set at 80 pence to 100 pence per ordinary share, implying a market capitalisation on admission of between GBP 3,007 million – GBP 3,623 million (approximately $3,788 million – $4,565 million) (excluding the Over-Allotment Option).”
